Project Coordinator, Migrant Entrepreneurship Programme - Work in Netherlands

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

· Overall coordination and administration of the program and of the support provided to participants by the different actors and organizations

· Promoting the program and sourcing participants and businesses among Diaspora in the Netherlands

· Organizing and registering participant’s recruitment and selection from the Netherlands

· Coordinating and organizing training courses for participants in the Netherlands

· Further development of the training modules

· Building relationships and relation coordination of partner organizations

· Negotiating and coming to agreement with partner organizations in the Netherlands and in the target countries

· Coordination of the coaching process in NL and abroad, e.g. linking participant to a coach and defining support package

· Planning of and Reporting on the activities

· Working with Diaspora organizations, assessing interest and capacity to support entrepreneurs, coordination of training of trainer and coach activities

Requirements and Skills:

· Proven coordination & organization skills

· A hands-on and pragmatic attitude

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with relation management

· Working experience of 5 years in a similar position

· Knowledge of Dutch and English

· Knowledge of Arabic or Pashtu is an advantage

· Working permit for the Netherlands

· Having a network in the target communities is a plus.
