MRU Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

•Suggest, develop, and implement the sales strategy / regional sales plan in the assigned territory for all assigned products.

•Foster a channel win-win relationship & become an expert in channel management, channel sales and territory management through a systematic focus.

•Gain market share through good understanding of Key Accounts organizational structure, business plan and long term strategies in order to provide them with added product value & service.

•Work closely with respective counterparts of the Moxa Strategic Business Units to ensure consistency of strategies.

•Deliver the best solutions to meet customer’s needs by being knowledgeable on assigned products and markets.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Nice to have Master degree in Business administration.

•Minimum of 10 years of sales & management experience in IA or IT.

•A minimum of 5 years of channel development & management & a minimum of 5 years Key Account management.

•Must have minimum 5 years of people management experience.

•Must have minimum 5 years of Russia sales or working experience.

•Fluent (written and spoken) in Russian and English.
