Marketing Manager will oversee and work closely to implement Marcom campaigns that are attuned to the demands of the marketplace.

The successful candidate must be able to (1) communicate effectively within a highly matrixed corporate structure, (2) identify critical success factors, and (3) deliver results in a timely manner. The Marcom manager will work on a variety of marketing activities that require collaborating with other members of the company’s global Marcom team, business development managers (BDM), and regional sales managers (RSM). He or she must understand the challenges faced in the selling process, and one of the main goals of the job is to use Marcom activities to increase the sales leads from all sources.

Responsibilities

•Develop the marketing strategy for MAT in line with company objectives.

•Plan, execute and manage the marketing budget.

•Conduct effective and successful marketing campaigns that generate sales leads and increase brand awareness in the marketplace.

•Manage all phases of planning for MAT’s Marcom activities. The execution of marketing campaigns includes coordinating activities with outside vendors and the media.

•Develop professional writing for events, web promotions, press releases, DM mailings, advertisements, and other published material.

•Work closely with MAT’s sales force (RSM) and business development managers (BDM), and keep them abreast of the Marcom team’s strategy and focus.

•Work closely with the corporate Marcom contact window to develop localized Marcom plans and activities to ensure that the branch office’s Marcom activities are consistent with the company’s goals.

•Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

•Manage, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Minimum 5 years of Marcom program development and management working experience, especially in trade show organization, advertising campaigns, and internet based marketing campaigns.

•Experience working with editors for industry related magazines and publications.

•Experience within the industrial networking industry preferred.

•Excellent English communication skill.
