Qualifications:

� Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
� At least 3 years of experience negotiating legal terms and conditions
� Substantial experience in a client or supplier facing role with a strong negotiation background
� Experience working in the financial and / or technology sector is preferred
� Japanese & English language fluency is required; ability to read, write, and speak fluently in order to negotiate client contracts for Bloomberg Japan's products and services. This person will also be required to cover other markets within Asia Pacific besides Japan.
