Requirements:

· Reporting to the Bar Manager

· Must have full knowledge of wines and menus

· Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

· Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage systems and procedures

· Must be dedicated to delivering superb customer care

· Must be capable to drive standards and consistency

· BUT must have a fun while working with the other staff and the customers.
