Requirements:

· 3 years Food & Beverage Management experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or in a large superb Restaurant or Unit/Catering Manager in a mid-sized unit

· Proven track record in staff training and motivation

· Outstanding customer service and leadership skills

· Enthusiastic & Driven

· Strong leader

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

· Excellent Computer skills.
