Requirements:
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role in hotel. 
- A commitment to offering exceptional service and standards. 
- A proven track record in a target driven environment. 
- The ability to manage and motivate the Kitchen Team to achieve high standards. 
- Knowledge and ability to manage kitchen hygiene and HACCP. 
- Good knowledge of menu planning and culinary methods
- Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
