Requirements:  

• A proven sales record with at least 2 years experience in the hotel industry in a four star background, in particular, the corporate entertainment and events market. 
• Excellent computer, excel and word processing skills with Opera Sales and Catering package. 
• Excellent telephone manner and rapport with customers. 
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. 
• Must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. 
• Be professional and have a friendly approach with a focus on providing a consistently high standard of work. 
• Excellent personal presentation is a prerequisite of this position.
