Requirements:  

• Must have previous experience in a similar role with an overall maintenance knowledge
• Painting and wallpapering skills as well would be an advantage
• Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
• Must have a proven ability to work on their own initiative
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
