- Experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in Banqueting would be an advantage.
- Be creative ad passionate about food. 
- Be comfortable working under high volume and under pressure
- Have completed a kitchen apprentice or chefs training course
- Fluent English 
- Be a team player and also have the ability to work on own initiative. 
- Have good organisational skills
- Be flexible.
