Duties/responsibilities

• Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender.

• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities

• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.

• Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.

• Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.

Skills/experience

• Previous bar and cocktail making experience

• Good knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails

• Barista skills an advantage

• Willingness to learn

• Excellent customer service skills

• Friendly, positive, energetic disposition

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

• Motivation to learn new skills and techniques

• Fantastic personal presentation

• Fluent in English 

• Flexible,reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations

• Electronic ordering systems experience (MICROS) an advantage

• Cash handling experience

• Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
