• Works closely with other Outlet employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion assisting other staff whenever required.
• To be responsible for the organisation of the dispense bar prior to and during service.
• Dispense beverages from the bar, maintaining the correct standard and presentation of all beverages during service periods.

Qualifications

• Good food and beverage service skills
• 1 year experience in a similar position
• Ability to work a rotational roster
• Excellent customer service
• Current NSW RSA Certificate
• Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months
