Works closely with other Outlet employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion assisting other staff whenever required.
To be responsible for the organisation of the dispense bar prior to and during service.
Dispense beverages from the bar, maintaining the correct standard and presentation of all beverages during service periods.
Qualifications
Good food and beverage service skills
1 year experience in a similar position
Ability to work a rotational roster
Excellent customer service
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months
