• Respond to guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Performs the function of cashier and responsible for Infogenisis cashiering procedures
• Ensure all guests are greeted at the door and escorted to their table
• Reviews reservations and assigns tables ensuring that all requests and preferences are noted and fulfilled
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar position
• Ability to work a rotational roster
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
• Current NSW RSA Certificate
