Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and communication services. The role supports the implementation of the overall marketing strategy with an emphasis on core deliverables across accommodation, food and beverage, events and health and fitness centre. This role requires a very engaged and results driven Marketing and Communications Manager, focused on outcomes with a strong background in public relations and online marketing management. You will have strong analytical skills and know how to translate data into profitable actions.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective marketing programs within a high end luxury product. You will pride yourself on being a team player, who is technically capable but operationally comfortable with rolling your sleeves up and delivering. Relationship management, stakeholder engagement and analytics will be among your key strengths, together with your passion and affinity towards marketing and communications.
