Concierge

Operating from the main lobby of the Hotel, this role provides our guests with a variety of services including general city information, assistance in booking various events including theatre shows or restaurant experiences as well as assisting with any other special guest requests.

Operating as a brand ambassador for the Hotel, we are seeking someone who is passionate about Melbourne city, creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests and is ready to lead this small but exciting team.

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Exceptional knowledge of Melbourne city and its surroundings
  • An enthusiastic drive in providing exceptional customer service
  • Immaculate personal presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • A demonstrated ability in problem solving and information gathering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office usage
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Previous experience as a Concierge in a 5 star hotel
  • Previous experience in rostering, performance development and employee relations considered advantageous
