We are looking for a vibrant and energetic bartender, who has real passion for creating cocktails in a 5 star environment. 

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to create seasonal cocktail menus and evolve the current beverage list so that ruco remains ahead of the trend.  

This is a fast paced environment so applicants need to have the capacity to multi task while still creating a memorable experience that keep our guests coming back for more.  

Qualifications

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate issued in Victoria
• Previous bar experience 
• Experience in using Point of Sales systems is advantageous 
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, public holidays and weekends
