Requirements:
- You will assist with editing newsletters, preparing mailings and press articles, organising trade fairs. In addition, you would assist in the production of our annual brochure and in the organisation of events.
- You assist in purchasing accommodation and other services for incoming groups. - You send out requests and monitor the responses. You also negotiate rates, send out confirmations, book accommodation on option, extend cancellation deadlines and administer the allocation charts.
- You assist with inserting bookings for individual travellers, dealing with amendments, research for special enquiries, preparation of offers, running reports and liaising with suppliers, generating hotel descriptions and helping with general administration.
- You are responsible for dealing with close outs.
- You would assist the HR Manager with screening applications and sourcing candidates, researching and preparing trainings, dealing with Erasmus forms, reference letters and assisting with staff surveys.
