You must have a passion for people and hospitality. This is a fast paced environment so applicants need to have the capacity to multi task. The role is diverse so flexibility and exceptional time management skills are required. There is also a need to work well under pressure in a team environment.  

Qualifications

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate issued in Victoria
• Previous a la carte is advantageous 
• Experience in using Point of Sales systems is advantageous 
• Availability to work a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends
