About the role
An exciting role has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef in our speciality Restaurant. The main purpose of this position is to assist the Sous Chef in order to ensure that the kitchen operation runs as smoothly as possible.

About You
In order to be considered for this role, you will have completed an internationally recognised Kitchen Apprenticeship or possess a formal culinary quailfication You will also possess at least 5 years experience in an international five star chain employed as a Chef de Partie or be currently employed as a Junior Sous Chef seeking a new challenge.
You will also be a team player with leadership and coaching skills. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for your decisons as well as possessing a team playing "hands on" attitude.
You will have good written and verbal English skills as well the ability to use Microsoft IT packages.
