General knowledge of customer service skills.

Responsibilities : Monitoring the use of office and pantry supplies within the office. 
Maintain cleanliness of office and pantry equipment and furniture.
Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers.
Replacing light bulbs, watering and taking care of indoor office plants.
Assist in meetings for serving refreshments. 
Filing documents as per the department requirements.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
Delivering facsimiles and transmitting them.
Laminating, Photocopying and binding documents as per the requests.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties. 
Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office.
