Disseminate practical information to customers, respond to the specific demands of clients, promote the services of the Hotel and the group, manage customer disputes and difficult situations with discretion and efficiency,

Develop the loyalty program

Accompany customers in a room,

Give the necessary information to the “Brigade Manager”

Ensure the classification of customer files

Qualifications

With excellent presentation and speech, you characterize your organization, your thoroughness and your business sense. You are enthusiastic, curious, independent and versatile, and the meaning of the initiative. You master perfectly English, and French languages.
