About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to lead operations. This is an exciting and challenging position for an individual who wants to run a fast paced large multi-outlet venue. 

Your key duties will include:

  • Fully responsible and accountable for ensuring that all customers are served as per the brand standard. Actively grows the business and looks for new ways to do so.
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all colleagues have full product knowledge.
  • Ensure that the whole outlet including the kitchen work to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
  • Must ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly paperwork is completed and filed/forwarded correctly. Must ensure that all colleagues have attained and retained the correct knowledge to complete the paperwork required for their station.
  • Expected to sign off and approve any and all orders. To ensure that all orders are in line with the budget and stock requirements. The OM must ensure that colleagues who are authorized to place orders have attained and retained the correct procedures.
  • Can conduct inventory count, input and recon. Sign off on all inventory counts.
  • Ensures that all rosters are in line with budget and business requirements and completed in time.
  • Ensures that all vacation planning is completed, updated and in line with business requirements. Right people; right place/time.
  • Ensures that all maintenance issues are rectified as soon as possible. Takes responsibility for any quotes required.
  • Takes full responsibility and accountability for conducting monthly and weekly audits, communicates score, action plans and follows up with action required.
  • Fully supports the SC or HC with managing the kitchen team and operation.
  • Ensures that all colleagues are equipped with the tools and skills to be able to suggestively sell and thus striving to improve revenue and sph.
  • Ensures that all complaints are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner that ensures the return faith in our brand by the customer.
  • Has full control of a shift and ensures all brand standards are adhered to at all times. Ensures everyone is in their places.

About you

In order to be considered for this role you will have gained a diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management from an internationally recognised institution. A minimum of 5 years experience working in five star bars is essential.

You will already have demonstrated your ability to deliver great commercial results and to manage and inspire a great team. Applicants who have worked in the top Cities such as New York, London, Paris, Hongkong - experienced in running large multi outlet venues will be treated favourably, as well as have done Bar competition or specific certification in Bar, WSET, Mixologist special training.

You will also possess experience of working with diverse cultures and have very good written and verbal English language skills. Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office is essential.
