About the Role

An exciting role has arisen for an Operations Manager. The main purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of a specific outlet or outlets depending on expansion to deliver maximum profitability which include developing sales and optimising profits, managing scheduled shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and managing all operational issues ensuring that operational and Brand standards are met.

Your main duties would include:

• Support Business Development team with operational aspects of franchise potential location feasibility studies Operational P&L responsibility for owned and managed noodle houses
• Carry out assignments and instructions as delegated by the Operations Director ensuring that all company Policies and Procedures and minimum standards are adhered to at all times. This may include the role out of multi openings across various territories.
• Assist with partners to develop ideas for increased department sales to improve productivity.
• Attend the operations briefings & monthly meetings to review the events and any other matters that need to be communicated to the departmental colleagues.
• Delegate to outlet managers the total accountability of their own outlets with authority to take decisions of their own to the benefit of the outlet. Interacts with management of other departments within areas of responsibility and develop solid working relationships with them.
• To assist in identifying market changes which will improve business levels from the local market.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuring
• Company procedures are followed.
• Ensure manning and competence level of selected colleagues is sufficient for the operation to meet the needs of the customer and the organisation.
• Implement systems and measures to control costs within budget guidelines, minimise wastage and maximise productivity.
• Analyse results and take necessary action to address any non-compliance within required timeframes.
• To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the outlet.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management of the Company
