The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Restaurant Operations for an Assistant Training Manager. The main focus of the role will be to implement and deliver efficient training programs on F&B operational company business standards to improve operational excellence and manage the administration of all training activities.

About You
In order to be considered for this role you will have minimum high school diploma or higher education and must be Business English certified. In order to back up your theoretical knowledge, you must have at least two years experience working in a similar role in the Restaurant industry.
Having exceptional communication skills, you will be a strong team player and also be able to train independently and communicate with department heads and give appropriate advise.
A creative individual, you will have a strong command of the English language, verbal and written as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
