Description : Our Client, Fashion Lounge is a new independent outlet, which is set to open in Dubai by January 2007. It will be a trendy and modern lounge offering mostly tapas style international dishes. Currently the team is seeking for a professional Executive Chef to assist both in pre-opening and in operations. 

Our ideal candidate will be creative, artistic, reliable, and motivated. 

The candidate should have minimum of 2 years prior experience as an Executive Chef. In addition, preferably the chef should have some pastry background, and pre-opening experience. 

The selected Executive chef should be assisting in the pre-opening activities. Following are some of the responsibilities for the pre-opening:
