Responsibilities :
1. Making sure the paying customer has at least a satisfactory dining experience.
2. Being knowledgeable of the menu, ingredients, and how each item is prepared.
3. Being polite, courteous, and prompt.
4. Knowing how to answer or fix a complaint.
5. Working well with others.
6. Making sure the dining room is presentable.
7. Performing side work tasks, and some cleaning.
8. Handling cash, checks, and credit.
