Tasks:
Performinitial market study and provide market assessment report, with otherstakeholders.
Liaisewith all Hilton Worldwide teams/functions to ensure they are aware of what isrequired by hotel to achieve smooth transition, and what support they arerequired to provide, and when. Ensure clear accountability and ownership aspart of Opening/Rebranding Plan.
Provideprogress updates to SVP Operations
Supportdriving projects to ensure they open as per target date, working closely withall internal stakeholders, and liaising with owners to overcome any issues.
Maintain pre-openingteam sites and work closely with all internal departments to fully utilize theteam sites as information platform with hotel team.
Administer“Authorisation to Open” sign offs from all relevant functions.

Adetail-oriented, self-confident problem-solver who is able to manage projectseffectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Provenability to engage & influence business stakeholders through effectivecommunication
Strongproject management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage processesto drive to results, actions, and efficiency. Ability to manage and delivermultiple projects at the same time
Fluentin English – written and spoken, conversational Mandarian language will be an asset
Excellentwritten and spoken communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
Five (5) or more years of hospitality industryexperience at asenior executive level , area role or in a corporate position.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Qualifications
Substantialhospitality industry experience.
In-depthknowledge of hotel openings.
Crosscultutual experience and orientation of Chinese market is essential.
