Recruiting Supervisor

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing, with the Head of Studio Operations and HR Manager, a recruitment strategy for the Vancouver office and productions
  • Overseeing the recruitment function, focussing on talent pipelines, efficient processes and securing quality talent
  • Keeping abreast of recruiting best practice, particularly in relation to technology support and communication with talent
  • Managing a slate of open positions for studio roles and ensuring there is a constant pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Developing and maintaining close communications with the Sydney Recruiting team
  • Preparing appropriate reports and ensuring that the recruiting team is keeping reporting activity up to date
  • Planning and managing recruitment events and offsite visits (i.e. recruiting trips, school visits, and in-house events) and school outreach activities, specifically as they relate to recruiting and future staffing initiatives
  • Managing job postings on the company website and on various external job boards
  • Ensuring accurate and optimised use of recruitment tools (i.e. database, applicant tracking system).
