Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Studio Operations and Relocation Project Manager and maintaining their schedules accordingly
  • Managing front of house, ensuring that the area is always staffed and presentable, meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner with courtesy and respect
  • Liaising with relevant departments regularly to determine FOH requirements, and ensuring those requirements are met
  • Operating phones professionally and preparing letters, presentations and documents as required
  • Attending to mail, deliveries, couriers, grocery and stationery orders and coordinating contractors providing services to staff
  • Providing assistance and support to the CEO when he travels to Vancouver and the Sydney office with staff visiting the region for conferences etc
  • Assisting HR with new employees (e.g. help with the induction process)
  • Supporting Vancouver finance department as required
  • Assisting in planning and organising company events and implementation of company’s communication strategy.
