Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Head of Studio Operations and Relocation Project Manager and maintaining their schedules accordingly
Managing front of house, ensuring that the area is always staffed and presentable, meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner with courtesy and respect
Liaising with relevant departments regularly to determine FOH requirements, and ensuring those requirements are met
Operating phones professionally and preparing letters, presentations and documents as required
Attending to mail, deliveries, couriers, grocery and stationery orders and coordinating contractors providing services to staff
Providing assistance and support to the CEO when he travels to Vancouver and the Sydney office with staff visiting the region for conferences etc
Assisting HR with new employees (e.g. help with the induction process)
Supporting Vancouver finance department as required
Assisting in planning and organising company events and implementation of company’s communication strategy.
