Key responsibilities include:

• Set up the Vancouver studio IT operations ready for production and provide leadership across the Vancouver technical team
• Set up appropriate monitoring and management processes of the IT infrastructure, developing and implementing risk management and mitigation strategies across all platforms
• Develop a collaborative working relationship between the IT teams in Vancouver and Sydney to ensure a common and standardised approach in both studios
• Provide technical direction, including participating in research and understanding of existing and new technologies and providing strategic, innovative, synergistic, cost effective technical leadership for the Vancouver team
• Taking responsibility for the management of all IT resources and the smooth operations of the studio
• Management and performance of the Vancouver IT team, including interviewing, selecting and hiring, building the team to the required levels, conducting performance and salary reviews, coaching and developing team members.
