In order to strengthen our team in Luxembourg we are looking for a Finance and Tax Manager. 

Your job:

• Responsible for adequate monthly, half-year and year-end accounting and reporting for the legal entities in Western Europe (IFRS and local GAAP)
• Manage cash and capital obligations together with local accountants
• Securing an efficient accounting and reporting process
• Managing budget and forecast process
• Managing dividend distribution, tax compliance and external audit process
• Due Diligence activities in M&A transactions (Finance and Tax)
• Manage withholding tax obligations and international corporate income tax issues

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, Master degree is a plus
• 5 years previous experience in an accounting and tax related environment (eg. Big Four Manager Level)
• In depth knowledge of at least one local GAAP (French GAAP, German GAAP etc.) and detailed experience in IFRS accounting
• International tax and tax accounting experience
• Fluent in English; any other language a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good MS-Office Skills, Navision knowledge is a strong plus, SAP knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to manage different teams from different departments within a changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and independently in an international environment with different cultures
