Who are our employees? We require that all employees exhibit the following characteristics in their work habits:

• Good judgment and a conservative safety oriented approach to river running and vehicle operation

• Employees must report for work on time, every time.
• A clean and neat appearance
• You must take care of company equipment as if your life depends on it - because it does.

Room and Board

Our employees have the best housing available to seasonal employees. At the headquarters the housing area includes heated rooms, covered decks, coin laundry facilities, rec room with pool table and satellite TV, hot tub, common dining area with cooking facilities. Employees must pay for this housing, but the approximately $250/month rent is a real bargain in the expensive area. Some employees are required to share a room and in these cases, rents are reduced by $75/month.

Employee Perks

Employees who complete the entire season are eligible for an end-of-season bonus and receive priority consideration for hire, housing and guide positions on our multi-day expeditions and Six Mile Creek trips.
