TASKS
• Analyse Client documentation in tender phase in order to manage all technical documentation needed to offer the best technical solution that fits to Customer requirements.
• Coordinate within Engineering department to prepare the best technical solution and all documentation needed on time.
• Internal tender preparation (Bombardier)
• To be the interface between Bids and Engineering.
• Participating in bid process, including white and blue book
• Get and analyse feedback from previous bids (eg. lessons learnt)

Qualifications
• Graduate in: Industrial Engineering or Electronical Engineering
• Number of years of experience required: Senior, minimum 5 years of experience
• Ability to speak and write advanced English, French good to have
• Teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Multitask capacity
• Self-management
• Knowledge and experience in railway signalling
• Proven experience in a multi-cultural working environment
