Tasks:
- Perform invoice dispute resolution, reconciliation of suppliers’ Statement of Account and payment process, while treating a large volume of phone calls and e-mails.
- Support the Purchase Card Requests from internal users and suppliers and fulfil the accounts payable vendor master additions or modifications.
- Coordinate a portion of the accounts payable process. Analyze and communicate valuable financial information to management by performing month-end closing process and reconciliation.
- Propose and implement new improvements in an effort to simplify our processes. Act as an advisor to our internal and external partners.
- Generate and report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Complete any “ad-hoc” requests related to Accounts Payable.
Accounts Receivable (A/R)
In your role, you will:
- Execute on the Billing and Cash application process.
- Coordinate and perform collection activities for basic customers to key customers.
- Create and set-up customer accounts; evaluate customer credit worthiness through reviews of financial statements and references; and structure credit recommendations for approval.
- Coordinate the accounts receivable process. Analyze and communicate valuable financial information to management by performing month-end closing process and reconciliation.
- Propose and implement new improvements in an effort to simplify our processes. Act as an advisor to our internal and external partners.
- Generate and report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Complete any “ad-hoc” requests related to Accounts Payable.
Administrative Assistant
In your role, you will:
- Support the FSSC’s activities and the management team in their day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You are bilingual written and spoken (Spanish and English); French is considered an asset.
- You hold a minimum of a Technical High School diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- You have a proven ability to maintain high standards and error-free work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- You have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate successfully in a team setting.
