Tasks:
- Provide leadership/direction (strategic & tactical) to cross functional/matrix based organization.
- Develop financial and operational objectives for responsible region.
- Manage resources to ensure objectives are met within area.
- Provide guidance and manages performance of staff through goal setting (PMP), ongoing assessment and coaching (PDP) within the latitude of established company policies and norms.
- Liaise responsibilities with Local Regulatory Authorities (as applicable).
- In-country management focal for BCA Customer Services (represents senior management from Customer Services).
- Influence customers, collaborators and stakeholders to support/embrace Bombardier initiatives.
- Accountable manager for the Regional Support Office (as applicable)
- Legal Entity, Payroll, Benefits, Governance, General & Administrative
- Provide administrative responsibilities, including monthly Governance plans/reports and executes scheduled Management Meetings.
Qualifications
