TASKS:
• In the Bid Phase, participate in project capture, in particular to be responsible for: the completeness, integrity & feasibility of tenders with regards to time schedule, project management estimates, risks & opportunities
• In Start Up Phase, responsible for Project Launch
• In Execution Phase, responsible for overall project delivery; coordinating the work of the various participating functions; to be directly responsible for all project management related tasks, including: risk & opportunity management; time planning; communications management; cost management; identifying & delivering opportunities for margin improvement; reporting; and ultimately project closure & completion; to lead customer management & negotiations; all following the BT Project Management Process

Qualifications
• University degree level in engineering or other relevant subject
• Minimum 10 years work experience in similar role in an international environment, being responsible for the delivery of several projects
• Previous experience in the Dutch railways industry, having a solid knowledge of the Dutch customers’ organization and processes
• Experience in working in a matrix organisation including Bids, Sales, Contracts, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Field Support and Finance functions as well as with external suppliers / sub-contractors and Approval Authorities
• Very good analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Dutch and English languages
