Description
- Disposition documentation to resolve fit, form or functional issues on A/C components.
- Support to Production, Design Engineering, Procurement & Quality in coordinating resolutions to issues.
- Review & trouble shooting of A/C Systems in conjunction with Design Engineering as required.
- Review & disposition of A/C Wiring & Electrical issues in conjunction with Design Engineering as required.
- Corrective Action requests involving Engineering as required.
- Obtain & Interface with Design Engineering experts on appropriate issue resolution.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specs & provide guidance to junior employees.
- Provide status, updates & keep current on information regarding manufacturing changes & problems.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical and/or Aerospace Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years MRB experience or design experience in Aerospace
- Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure & system installation technical requirements
- Electrical & Systems experience would be considered an asset
- An energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team environment
- Previous experience as a Mentor and Coach in either the Liaison team environment or working with problem solving teams is an asset
- This position will require travel and long-term relocation assignment in China. It will also require some shift and weekend work requirements on a rotating schedule while abroad.
