As Project Manager for eCommerce & Segmentation, you will part of our Simplification Programme and responsible for The Portal Project. The eCommerce & Segmentation domain is responsible for shaping and delivering on the future vision of our entire e-commerce portfolio consisting of online portals, EDI and as well as third-party portals. In addition to this, customer segmentation and channel strategies sits with the domain. You will work in a dynamic environment with a range of stakeholders and colleagues across our global organization, offering you significant exposure to senior management and a unique chance to broaden your network. Finally, the role will enable you to improve on critical skills such as project, vendor and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities |
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include the following tasks, amongst others: • Actively participate in driving the development of the next generation of e-commerce tools • Successful delivery of multiple and simultaneous eCommerce projects • Collaborate with subject matter experts globally to identify, define and document requirements from the business in relation to the portal • Define, design and develop critical features and requirements from a business perspective and with a strong offset in customer requirements • Facilitate review of frameworks, methodologies and tools as they are developed, and validate against business needs • Implement developed frameworks, methodologies and tools, and ensure use and stabilisation in the organisation (including handover to business owner) • Be able to motivate and inspire subject matter experts and stakeholders globally contributing input, across various functions and levels of the organisation • Continuously monitor progress and track benefit realisation and delivery of intended results • Ensure continuous and effective communication to relevant team members, stakeholders and colleagues throughout the project |
Who we are looking for |
We require fluency in oral and written English, and proven experience with the following: • Proven project management skills (preferably Prince2 certified or trained) • Knowledge of B2B e-commerce (multiple channels including EDI, Web and mobile) • Strong leadership Skills and proven track record in managing both generalists and specialist in a project environment • Good facilitation skills • Strong stakeholder management • Collaboration and teamwork • Ability to see the bigger picture • Challenging constructively in tough situations • Grasping complex issues and driving effective problem solving • Ability to deliver effectively within tight deadlines • Dealing with uncertainty • Knowledge of Commercial/Sales processes and challenges faced by our customers and the frontline |
