Tasks:
- Leading the Engineering Team: the Project Engineer will lead the Engineering core team members within the Locomotives engineering organisation for a specific project.
- Owner Project Schedule and Engineering Budget: the Project Engineer will drive the project successfully through the engineering organisation and presents the project in a visible way.
- Internal and external presentation of the project will be needed.
- Technical Leader: the Project Engineer gives technical directions, prepares decisions and escalation and is technical integrator
- Technical Interface to customer: the Project Engineer is the key interface to Project Management and other functions on project level as well as to the customer of the project.

Qualifications
- You are a graduated electrical or mechanical engineer with degree (Master/Bachelor) and you have at least ten years professional experience in a technical leadership position in the railway industry.
- Fundamental experience in project management is indispensable for this position
- Planning, controlling and scheduling experience are required.
- Your work is characterized by high accuracy and quality even under heavy daily workload.
- A high level of commitment and determination as well as excellent communication and team skills are a must.
- Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite for working in our international environment; French would be an advantage.
