Key responsibilities will include:
• Ensure continuous improvement of supplier quality and delivery, while developing scope of service delivered and managing change to grant continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships, supplier performance and integration management across the regions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, while developing and executing action plans to improve stakeholder satisfaction levels
• Ensure sustainable implementation of global and regional strategies and initiatives in regions
• Implement and ensure application of Total Cost of Ownership approach (TCO) at cross functional levels
• Carry out supplier reduction in regions according to the Supplier Panel
• Manage compliance with global NPR sourcing strategies
• Drive operational and strategic excellence methods in close alignment with PMO NPR CEE and the global organisation
• Deliver operations and process improvements through LEAN approaches and techniques
• Ensure effective monitoring of supplier KPI’s and NPR KPI’s at the regional level
• Attract, motivate and retain top talent while developing skills and optimising staff allocation of sub regional teams.
• Manage team performance and ensure high levels of team engagement and motivation
• Integrate lessons learnt from existing projects (supplier, cost, time, resources and performance) and share best practices with the NPR community.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate you will be required to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• An Engineering or Business Degree (or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record)
• Relevant experience in a procurement role would be highly regarded
• Previous experience and demonstrated skills in people management role will be well regarded
• 5+ years of work experience demonstrating proven leadership and decision making ability
• Strong understanding of legal and functional background
• Highly skilled in communication and high level presentations
• Exceptional negotiation/influencing ability
