Tasks:

- Manage and improve Supplier Performance by leading and executing complex cross functional projects/initiatives with suppliers and senior management.
- Create strategies and provide sound recommendations for supplier performance improvement.
- Lead assessments and investigate complex supplier related issues through fact based analysis.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders at a management level and create communication plans based on the audience.
- Employ problem solving methodology and kaizen to support decision making and implement corrective actions.
- Lead system audits and identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Act as an expert on highly complex or strategic files/requests.
- Act as a mentor or coach to share technical knowledge within the organization.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You hold a Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering, Administration, or equivalent;
- You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment;
- You possess an excellent analytic sense, planning and problem solving skills;
- You have knowledge and experience in project management, operations, quality and/or logistics;
- You have demonstrated strong communication skills, are results oriented and a team player;
- You have the ability and flexibility to travel internationally
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and experience using SAP (asset);
- You have strong language skills in French and in English, written and spoken.
