Tasks:
- On behalf of Engineering, ensure alignment on PCR/RFC prioritization with the rest of the organization;
- Develop PCRs incorporation strategy to support customer and/or business needs;
- Lead/support development of change management processes, including maintain of associated documentation;
- Keep track of the PCRs and RFCs list to be introduced per A/C tail number;
- Act as a change management matter expert to the rest of the organization.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a Technologist or Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering;
- You have five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience;
- You ideally have experience in aerospace;
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills;
- You have good skills in MS Office suite and especially in Microsoft Excel;
- You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the various functions within the organization;
- You have the capacity to manage many tasks at the same time
