TASKS
- Supports the development of Lean standards in line with the Lean strategy together with other Core functions and Experts to define a base for an efficient transformation of BT to a Lean enterprise. Communicate and teach Lean standards to the stakeholders of the business. Integrate defined standards into assessment material to support structured implementation of standards.
- Supports target group specific Lean qualification (Lean principles, methods and tools) to relevant target group; supports qualification of internal Lean trainers to conduct Lean training.
- Supports the implementation of improvement initiatives including problem solving techniques e.g. Q6, SL6 for the relevant target groups.
- Supports the successful Lean transformation by using change management approaches. Ensure proper and regular communication regarding target, conduct, status, achievements.
- Develop and maintain a trustful working relationship to relevant stakeholders of the business to ensure the good collaboration regarding the defined improvement initiatives and to support effective roll out and implementation.

Qualifications
· Master Degree of Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering Background (Degree / Experience)
· Relevant experience in railway, aerospace or automotive industry (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)
· Experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement and execution of lean initiatives
· Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
· In-depth knowledge of Lean methods and tools, knowledge of Lean implementation
