Key responsibilities will include:
• To lead the sales, and business development activity and collaborating with other functions achieve the targets in the challenging environment and work towards continued business growth.
• Responsible for planning and meeting long and short term targets of the company to develop a sustainable market across the businesses- to develop 3 year strategic business plan in consultation with the top management by building strong customer relationships and enhanced customer satisfaction levels through periodic assessments/ measurements
• To be a self motivated achiever recognized for combining business excellence, integrity and innovation with best practices through competitive and profitable bids with strong focus on accounts receivables and cash flows
• To identify new market opportunities in projects and put in winning bids, develop a sustainable business model for the accessible markets in South East Asia.
Qualifications
• Graduate with a good academic background and strong track record
• 5 to 8 years of experience is required
• Strong commercial knowledge with versatile corporate exposure in sales and marketing, business development in the Rail Industry
• An Established professional network within the South East Asian Rail Industry and demonstrable understanding of the challenges of the rail industry today and in the future
• Experience at a senior management level
• Should be a role model of Bombardier Core Values and Leadership Attributes
