- 7+ years Product Development experience; with a specialty in creating creative electronic, robotic and/or mechanical toys or consumer products

- A creative visionary at the core who has a passion for building superior tech toys and holds the organizational maturity to create achievable product plans

- A strategic thinker who can distill complex technical ideas into a comprehensive high quality unique product

- Ability to effectively collaborate with people in multiple locations and time zones by email, phone and in person when necessary

- Deliver hands on approach to solving problems

- Possess a positive attitude and desire to pitch in when and where needed

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; achieving results under tight timelines and turnaround windows.
