Key areas of focus:
-Tower Security and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning;
-Knowledge spread and implementation of MS security baseline policies and standards, handle - exceptions, Security Awareness;
-Audit preparation, Facilitation support, Mitigation / Certification project involvement (ISO27001, ISAE3402, PCI/DSS…);
-Follow-up on Security Metrics;
-Security Improvement Initiatives;
-Support CSM for customer-specific requests related to the supported infrastructure;
-Lead security processes in the tower:
- Implementation of Technical Security Specification (TSS) for each supported technology;
- Exception & Deviation Management/Risk Letters;
- Service Activation/Deactivation;
- Secondary Controls (IT Controls automation, Validation of changes with Security Impact, User Admin & Control);
- ITCF compliance;
- Self-Assessments, Risk Assessments, Maturity Assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Service Management;
- Experience in Service Delivery of business critical operations;
- Knowledge or experience in network protection area;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in international environment (either in Poland or abroad);
- M.Sc. university degree preferred in computer science;
- English spoken/written at least at B2 level;
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal customers;
- Open and clear communication skills;
- Proactive attitude at vision creation and consistent implementation of it;
- Ambitious, passionate, goal & customer orientated;
- Ability to work with high standards on behalf of AtoS and its customer;
- Project Management experience as a plus;
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and ISAE3402 will be a plus.
