Job Description

Person handling this position will be responsible for monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems according to defined service agreements. The scope of responsibilities will cover daily system monitoring, stopping and starting the systems, scheduling SAP standard jobs, manage users, changing SAP Kernel on operating system level, handling transport routes, updating and creating new system documentation, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with OS administration (Linux/Windows/Unix/AIX/HP-UX)
• Experience with Databases administration (Oracle/MaxDB/DB2/MS SQL)
• Handle demanding responsibility of customer systems
• SAP experience is not crucial, but motivation and capability to absorb high amount of materials about Oracle/DB2/SAP technologies is expected
• Attention to high quality performance
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Science
• Commitment to a 24x7 on-call schedule
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of IT systems quality assurance, best practices and methodologies (ITIL) will be an advantage
