Job Description

Person handle this position will be responsible for:

- design, implementation and operation for Managed Storage in one of the following technologies:

• Netapp / Data ONTAP with following protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FC SAN),
• EMC VNX or EMC Symmetrix VMAX series
• HDS VSP series;

-outsourcing. Take-over, integration and support from existing Managed Storage-installations and intergration into Atos environment

- consulting from internal and external customers

- preparation of new technology and products for normal operation

- diagnostic inspection and elimination of fault for storage systems

- on-call duty

- additional service outside of normal working hours

- regular control and check of storage service (check by logfiles, service reports and elimination of weak spots)

Job Requirements:

• higher education (prefered technical or similar)
• fluent English in spoken and written
• SAN networking (Brocade, Cisco)
• LINUX / UNIX background: vi, Shell scripts
• AND:
  • proficiency in NetApp administration with proven record
    OR
  • proficiency in EMC VNX series with proven record
    OR
  • proficiency in Symmetrix VMAX series with proven record
• Knowledge of EMC Networker or EMC Avamar or Symantec Netbackup is considered an advantage.
