Requirements:
- Terminal degree in illustration or related field

- College-level teaching experience preferred

- Published credentials, accolades and industry recognition

- Proven leadership skills

- Ability to motivate students and faculty to think creatively and critically

- Ability to work with students and faculty of diverse backgrounds

- Extensive experience producing illustration in both traditional and digital media

- Strong drawing skills

- Unique style, aesthetic, and viewpoint

- Ability to encourage experimentation and help students generate work in a range of styles and media

- Knowledge of the history of illustration.
