Coordinator, Inventory Job

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Building and maintaining an inventory Control system, ensuring critical materials are available. Ordering supplies, and building relationships with vendors.
• Receiving, checking, and verification of in-bound materials including small package, freight, temperature controlled, and GMP.
• Handling of item and pallet materials within warehouse and facility areas using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Storage, issuance and transfer of productions spare parts to maintenance areas.
• Counting and verification of cycle and physical inventory counts.
• Preparation and shipment of out-bound materials including small package, freight, temperature controlled, GMP.
• Data entry related to receiving, inter-warehouse movement / transfer, issuance, inventory control, and shipping.
• Initiation, completion, and filing of required documentation as applicable.
• Periodic safety inspections of maintenance storage areas and equipment.
• Periodic review and revision of procedures related to functional responsibilities.
• Timely completion of regulatory training requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Requires an Associate’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with 2+ years related experience in a regulated setting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may substitute.
• Oracle/Track-wise/PeopleSoft experienced preferred.
• MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
